Ayurvedic Consultations in Poreč
13–16 November 2026
Would you like to better understand what is happening in your body, where imbalances may have developed, and what you can do to support your health in a natural and truly individual way?
From 13–16 November 2026, Vaidya Dr Adwait Tripathi, an Ayurvedic physician from India, will once again be visiting Poreč. For the thirteenth year, in collaboration with Health Center Harmony, he will be offering individual Ayurvedic consultations.
Ayurveda recognizes that every person is unique. Rather than focusing solely on individual symptoms, it considers the whole person — including their individual constitution, current imbalances, diet, daily habits, lifestyle, and overall state of health and well-being.
The consultations are suitable both for those who wish to focus on prevention and maintaining good health, and for those who are already experiencing health concerns and would like to incorporate an Ayurvedic approach as additional support for their well-being.

Pulse diagnosis is an ancient Ayurvedic art and method used to gain insight into the current state of the body and mind. It provides information about the balance of the doshas, bodily functions, and the condition of the srotas – the subtle channels through which nutrients, energy, and metabolic substances are transported throughout the body.
The pulse is assessed using three fingers, each associated with one of the three doshas: Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. The first finger corresponds to Vata, the second to Pitta, and the third to Kapha.
Different levels and qualities of the pulse provide the Ayurvedic practitioner with different information. The superficial pulse is used to assess the current balance of the doshas and physiological functions, while deeper levels of the pulse can offer insight into a person's underlying constitution, known as Prakriti.
According to Ayurveda, each person has a unique psychosomatic constitution determined by the individual relationship of the three doshas. This fundamental constitution, or Prakriti, is established at conception and forms the basis of our individual physical and psychological characteristics.
Twice a year, in spring and autumn, Vaidya Dr Adwait Tripathi from India visits Poreč to offer pulse diagnosis and individual Ayurvedic consultations. These visits have been organised in collaboration with Health Center Harmony since 2013.
Consultation duration: 40 minutes
The appointment includes a personal consultation and pulse assessment.

Ayurvedic guidance on health, nutrition, lifestyle, and Ayurvedic remedies is provided by Conny Peto Đeneš, Ayurvedic Health Counselor and Jyotish-Ayurvedic Practitioner.

Duration: 45-minute consultation
Fee: €100
Prakriti – Your Individual Constitution
According to Ayurveda, every person is born with a unique psychosomatic constitution, known as Prakriti, determined by the individual relationship of the three doshas – Vata, Pitta, and Kapha – at the time of conception.
Prakriti represents our natural constitution and remains fundamentally unchanged throughout life. Ayurveda traditionally recognises seven main constitutional types: Vata, Pitta, Kapha, Vata-Pitta, Pitta-Kapha, Kapha-Vata, and Vata-Pitta-Kapha.
Each person has their own natural balance of Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. Maintaining harmony with this individual constitution is one of the foundations of Ayurvedic health and well-being.
Vikriti – Your Current State of Imbalance
While Prakriti describes your natural constitution, Vikriti describes your present state and shows how your current doshic balance may differ from your original constitution.
According to Ayurvedic principles, health problems can develop when one or more doshas become excessive, depleted, or otherwise disturbed. Ayurvedic assessment therefore seeks to understand which doshas are currently out of balance and how this imbalance may be affecting the body and mind.
This understanding provides the basis for individual recommendations regarding nutrition, daily routines, lifestyle, and Ayurvedic remedies.
